Monday 26th February

Hello everyone. What a busy week!

I have had all of my tests done (CT SCAN, BONE MARROW, MIBG SCAN, HEART TEST, KIDNEY TEST AND HEARING TEST). I think that's it!

The week started good, I have been feeling really well and playing with all my toys and just being an normal 2 year old! I have been to Nanny Dee's and Nanny Ang's this week. I have been in and out of hospital everyday for the test's. I didn't really like these test getting done but I was a big brave girl and let the doctors do what they needed to.

On Thursday I had my MIBG SCAN and bone marrow test. I needed to go to sleep for these test's so I was given magic milk and I went to play in teletubbie land. I woke up and Mummy and Daddy where waiting for my and they had presents for me because I was a big girl.

Saturday started off .............ok' ish. I woke up at 2:30am and I could not settle at all so I woke Daddy up and he took me downstairs for a bottle of milk and to watch TV. Daddy did not think I would stay up till 5:30am playing with m toys! hehehe

I went back to bed and slept in till 10am then I was going to Nanny Dee's because I was staying there that night as Mummy and Daddy where going out and I think so they could have a little break!

I had other plans.........

I was not myself all day, Nanny tried to play with me but all I wanted to do was sleep and watch TV. In the afternoon I started to get hot and hotter! Nanny had to ring Daddy to tell him my temp was 38. Daddy rushed to Nanny's and phoned the hospital, they told him to bring be straight down to get reviewed. Daddy took me down the hospital and my temp went up to 38.5. The doctors done all the test and have told me I need to stay in for at least 48 hours after my temp settles.

Last night my temp was still 38/39 :( so it looks like am in hospital for most of this week. I don't feel down and ill. Am still running around the hospital with Mummy and Daddy and playing games like "Hit mummy and run away" or "Stick stickers everywhere" or "hide and seek but I have a magic hand and just need to cover my face and no one knows where I am" heheheheh we have loads of fun!

So am in hospital with a high temp but still having loads of fun with Mummy and Daddy.

I'm waiting for these latest results so please keep your fingers crossed and keep praying for me.

Monday 19th February

Sorry for not updating over the weekend but once again I have been a busy little girl. My bedroom has been finished this weekend it's all pink and just how a princess would want it

I have been really well this weekend, full of energy everyday.

I have tests all week to see how the chemo has done. Today I had a heart test. I hated it and screamed the place down! The cold jelly was naughty!

I had a CT SCAN and hated that so I got wrapped up in a blanket as I keep screaming and kicking the nurse. The machine was really big but I was a brave little girl and let them do it.

I also had a kidney test, they put a dye in my central line and then take bloods every hour. They done a blood count today and I need a blood transfusion tomorrow morning!

Tomorrow was my only day off

O'well, I will be taking in my collection of DVDs as it's going to take about 4 hours for the bloods.

Thursday 15th February

Morning Everyone,

Happy Birthday to Daddy yesterday

I HAVE FINISHED ROUND 8 OF MY CHEMO AND STAGE ONE OF MY TREATMENT!! WEEEEEEEEEEE HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I finished at 11:30am yesterday. I had no problems at all. This first stage has gone really well for me. The only problems I have had is choosing what PJ's to put on when I go to bed

I was sick for the first few rounds of chemo but Mummy and Daddy changed my diet so I could cope with the treatment. I stopped eating junk food and chocolate and started eating nice organic foods and drinking lot's of goat's milk, fresh orange juice and lot's of red grapes!

I have my next lot of scans starting on Monday 19th February. This is really freighting for us as the scans tell us how much the chemo has killed the cancer. On my last lot of scans, it showed amazing results but with this type of cancer the treatment can stop working at anytime. I hope and pray they we will get some more amazing news this time so please keep your fingers crossed for me

Yesterday was really fun, as soon as I was flushed of my drip I was running around like a loon!

We got home at about 12:30pm and I played with all my toys, I cooked lunch for Mummy and Daddy on my princess kitchen. I run Daddy over in my big red car and I draw on my princess drawing board!

I miss my toys when am in hospital but I make up for it when I get home. I seen both Nanny's and G-Daddy's yesterday and I played with Auntie Taylor and Heather.

Today, am spending it with Daddy as Mummy is going to Baby Emma's Fund Shop to help out all day. Me and Daddy are going to cook Mummy and cake and make her some tea for when she gets in and am going to draw her a nice picture

Monday 12th February

Morning,

Am a TV star I was on local TV last night. I have people wanting my autograph and I have a few film contracts...........well may be not yet but let's wait and see.

I got out of hospital on Saturday at about 11am, we still don't know what spiked my temp. I enjoyed hospital, I played lot's of different games and colour loads of books and I was always kept busy doing this and that

On Sunday I stayed with Nanny Dee as we where having Sunday Roast there. I eat allllllllllllllllllllllllllll my teat because Nanny Dee is a really good cook. Auntie Bev and Uncle Keith came to see us in the night time, I have not seen them for months as they work away. I can't wait to see my cousins, I think they are coming to see me in hospital on Wednesday.

Am back in hospital in a few hours for Round 8, this is the last round of chemo of stage 1, I think I have done really well on stage 1 so bring on stage 2

I will try and keep everyone updated on what’s going on every night as the site has been really busy since we went on the TV.

Thursday 8th February


Morning Everyone,

Am back in hospital now everything was going well but last night I spiked my temp and Mummy and Daddy had to take me to hospital. So now am in for the next 48 hours, hope I can get home before I start Round 8 chemo on Monday!

Everything started well yesterday, I was full of energy and was playing with Nanny Dee, making her run around the house after me, sneaking up and making Daddy jump but I started to feel tired and stopped eating food. All I wanted was hugs from Nanny Dee.

In the night time my temp went up to 38 so we went the hospital and thats where I am now. I will just have to make the most of it! Daddy will be bring my teletubbies DVD's in later so I can watch them.

I will do an update tonight to let you all know how my day has gone.

Wednesday 7th February

Morning Everyone,

I woke up feeling fine today, I shouted Daddy to take me downstairs and told him to get me my bottle! I need to tell Daddy or her won't do it!

I got my first Valentines card in the post this morning from www.postpals.co.uk soooooooooooo Thank you so much. I will be expecting loads more because am ME!

I get "get well" cards in the post everyday so Thank you everyone that is sending me them, they make me smile when Mummy and Daddy open them for me

Am still finding new toys everyday that I have not played with yet. I have soooooo much catching up to do. I was playing with my life size horse yesterday, we have called her "pinky" because she is pink.

Am going to Nanny Dee's later so Mummy and Daddy can go to my shop and sort out all the tiems that have been donated to help me. Thank You all soooo much

I will update my diary again tonight so please come back and read it

Monday 5th February

Hello Everyone

Round 7 chemo is done and dusted! I had no real problems this time. I needed a top up of blood (blood transfusion) on Sunday morning and then I went home. I don't need to go back the hospital everyday for the GCSF anymore because am coming to the end of the first stage chemo.

I really enjoyed this time at hospital, I coloured and played loads of games with Mummy and Daddy. The nurses where great with me.

I start Round 8 chemo on the 11th February so that should be the next time am back in hospital.

I will be lost with not going the hospital everyday. I will have to catch up on playing with all my toys and playing games. I will update my diary more this week as we all have more time now, Am off to bed.

Thursday 1st February

Hello Everyone,
Sorry for not updating the diary much this week but I have been a busy little girl. I have had loads of toys to play with and I have been cooking cakes with nanny Dee. Wednesday was my day off from hospital so I made the most of it. I spent most of the day with nanny Dee and my little cousin Mike, as mummy and daddy had running around to do.

Early this week I was really unwell. I was constipated and it felt like I was in labour!!!!!!! I was given some medicine by the doctors and things have started to get better.
I have been back to the hospital everyday for my GCSF boost, except yesterday. Everyday we needed to be at the hospital for 9am so it been an early start for most of the week.

I am back in hospital now for Round 7 of chemo. It’s just me and daddy as mummy has been really unwell with a cold the last few days. Me and daddy got to the hospital at 10:30am. I had bloods taken as daddy thinks I need a platelet transfusion as I had a nose bleed last night and I have bruises on my legs. He was right; my platelet count was only 6! The normal is 200-400!!!!! Today I feel a little unwell, am not eating as much as normal and I don’t have as much energy, but I won’t let that stop me. I have already coloured in my new colouring book mummy bought me.

I am going to watch The Simpsons on DVD now and then go to sleep.
