• 28th November 2007 Hello Everyone, I have been really busy with my birthday party, seeing friends and having fun that I have not had time to do my diary. We will start with me meeting my friend Connah Broom, his Nanny and Grandad popped up for a visit on Friday 16th November. We have lots of fun playing for hours before it was time for him to go, he was turning the Christmas lights on in Aberdeen in Scotland!!!!! WOW! Well done Connah! My birthday party was amazing, Daddy said he will make a special page for all the pictures and video's we have so you will have to wait for them. Tomorrow night am going to a special wards evening with Radio City 96.7. I have been nominated for the Child Of Courage award so it's going to be a very special night as all my family are coming and it's a star studded event, well I am going so you could say that. Am on Round 3 of my oral chemo, this is why I have 20 tablets everyday for 2 weeks then I rest for 2 weeks and this gets repeated for 6 months but am a really good girl and I have 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening. Am going to watch Liverpool on TV with Daddy so I will let everyone know how I got on with the awards on Friday. Love Emma 14th November 2007 Good morning everyone, Happy Birthday Connah Broom! sorry it's a day late, Daddy said I will see you on Friday :D Well, I have been really busy over the last few days. I went to see my doctor on Monday for a check up and he said I look really healthy, my weight is going up and am fully of energy. So everything is going well. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW as if you didn't know. It's a really special day as last year I was stuck in a cot in hospital with a big tumour inside me and not many doctors thought I would be here today! Sill doctors! Am having my birthday party on Sunday and it is going to be a very special day. I think Mummy and Daddy are taking me out tomorrow but they wont tell me where. I had lots of fun scaring people, I even went to Nanny Dee's and made her jump :D I going to watch the fireworks tonight, it's going to be fun, all the big bangs and flashing lights. It's almost been 12 months since I first went into hospital. It's gone really fast and it only seems like yesterday that I was in an ambulance going to Alder Hey. But with everyone's help and support am getting better. I almost forgot to tell you, I DONE A WEE WEE ON MY POTTY yesterday for the first time. Mummy and Daddy said I was a big girl and soon I wont need my nappies but I told them off because I like my nappies! Love Emma |
